Daniel Bryan Is Just As Frustrated That He’s Not Allowed To Wrestle
The former world champ is making the rounds doing press for his new book. The other great news?

WWE never did disclose the nature of Bryan’s injury, saying only that he was medically unable to compete.
While it seems likely that Bryan won’t be back in the ring for another couple of months, fans can get their Daniel Bryan fix on E!’s Total Divas – in which he appears alongside his wife, WWE Diva and Total Divas star, Brie Bella- and as a judge on USA Network’s latest Tough Enough revival.
In the end, though, it’s extremely good to hear that Bryan will be back in the WWE ring some day, seeing as there was a concern when he originally left this year that it might be the end. Like, I feel great. “Their whole clearance process is more hard than people would think”, Bryan revealed in a recent interview with Fox Sports. That’s the biggest issue. Most of these interviews involved asking Bryan about his health status and when he might be returning to action. There has been a lot of mystery surrounding his return, but Bryan himself may have shed a little bit of light on that.
“I told [WWE], regardless of them, if they won’t clear me… we’re independent contractors, in theory… and I will wrestle again”, Bryan said on the Busted Open satellite radio show.

“I had a concussion in April and I’ve been cleared by the neurologist in Phoenix to come back to wrestle… but given my history, WWE is hesitant to clear me”. That’s now looking like a long shot, and he mentioned possibly waiting until the build for the 2016 Royal Rumble to come back. But it’ll be interesting to see when. It’d be really, really nice to have him back.
