Daniel Radcliffe Joins Federal Bureau of Investigation Thriller, Imperium
It might be Harry Potter’s birthday today (and J.K Rowling’s!), but Daniel’s journey is far from being completed.

He’s changing that with a new role, signing up to play an Federal Bureau of Investigation agent in Imperium. He is set to play the lead role in the film, which is focused on a domestic terrorism plot.
Radcliffe will star as a young FBI agent, who goes undercover into a group of white supremacists to try to stop them creating and detonating a dirty bomb.
The story is based on true events, and Radcliffe will portray the real-life Michael German.
German spent years deep undercover in American neo-Nazi groups part of homegrown militias.

We next see Daniel Radcliffe on the big screen in the UK in Judd Apatow’s incoming comedy Trainwreck, and his big role this year is as Igor in Paul McGuigan’s upcoming movie, Victor Frankenstein. Radcliffe also starred in EQUUS in 2008. There has been no word yet on when it is planned to be released. German assisted Daniel Ragussis with writing the script, so it’s either going to be hyper-realistic, or wayyyyy OTT because he’s trying to make himself look as badass as possible (not that he needs to, his job sounds pretty badass within itself). Dennis Lee, Ty Walker and Simon Taufique are going to produce the film and initial photography will start this coming fall.
