Darth Vader rumored to appear in Star Wars: Rogue One

Neal Scanlan, who worked on the creatures on both Star Wars: The Force Awakens and Rogue One, told MTV that the sense of realism will translate into how aliens appear in the prequel story.

Will James Earl Jones return as Darth Vader in “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story?”. For The Force Awakens, we were all excited to see the old guard of Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and Princess Leia on screens again.

While this is absolutely nothing more than a rumour at the moment, we’re totally getting our New Hopes up. Fortunately, Disney and LucasFilm will be pushing forward as in less than a year, “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” will hit theaters.

Brian Muir, the man that sculpted Darth Vader’s sinister helmet for 1977’s Star Wars: A New Hope began work on the anthology film back in November and word is, “everyone is very happy and impressed” with the work done by Muir and his costuming team.

Rogue One cast has been announced. In addition to the main films and the Star Wars Holiday Special (yes, I went there) he has also played the role in a handful of episodes of the Star Wars: Rebels television series. After all, Darth Vader’s voice is an iconic element of Star Wars villainy. Of course, nothing has been established concerning how much Vader will be in the movie, as it could be anything from a cameo to a key role once all is said and done. While he didn’t feature in the latest Star Wars movie for reasons know to those who have seen previous films, as per a new rumor our favorite villain might return to the franchise in a new movie.
