Daughter, exes defend Johnny Depp after Amber Heard alleges he abused her
However, comedian Doug Stanhope, who is a good friend of the 52-year-old actor, said in a guest column published by The Wrap that Heard is blackmailing Depp, and that Stanhope and their other friends have seen it coming. On Friday, she said to the judge in LA court that Depp is abuser, alcoholician and paranoidal person. She alleges that Depp physically and emotionally abused her and even threw an iPhone at her face last week. I put my hands out in a defensive manner motioning him to stop.

Stanhope said it was at that moment that the couple made a decision to come clean to their friend about the suspicions they had long held about his wife, who the comedian dubbed a “manipulative a*****e”.
“Bingo and I were at Johnny’s house for most of that Saturday until just before the alleged assault”. He claims that they saw this build up from the beginning, being able to witness how Amber would F Johnny over when he was at his most vulnerable state.
The report also claimed that Amber Heard was likewise in constant competition with Vanessa Paradis, despite being married to the “Pirates of the Carribean” actor for 15 months.
“Everything Johnny had told us that she’d been threatening had actually come to be”, Stanhope wrote of the claims that Heard later made in court.
The fact that he was able to say that on nationally broadcast television without either of the hosts calling him out on it or having to apologise is pretty insane, and shows that we still have some way to go with attitudes about bisexuality.
Depp’s former partner Vanessa Paradis and daughter Lilly-Rose have also spoken out in support of the actor.
“Johnny doesn’t abuse anyone”, he says.
Lawyer Peter Sample also demanded a retraction of the article, saying the “allegations against Ms Heard are absolutely and unequivocally false” and “outrageous”.
In an Instagram post Sunday, Lily-Rose Depp calls her father “the sweetest most loving person I know”. And he told me that day ahead of time that she’d pull some kind of s-t like this.
