Each year, motorcycle riders come together decked out in pink, in efforts to raise money for breast cancer research. The event benefits the Bobetta Lindig Breast Care Center at Memorial Hermann-Memorial City. Susan added, “We already have raised close to $250,000 – we encourage everyone to continue fundraising and collecting their pledges so we can surpass our goal by the time the books close on October 31st”.

For breast cancer survivor, Sue Karol Roach it was a very special day because her daughter is getting married Saturday evening.

This is the sixth year Komen Chicago has hosted the Lombard Race.
