Sure, Animal – that feral stickman from Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem – has faced down some tough druming competition in Buddy Rich and Harry Belafonte.
“Now we see who best”, Animal replies.
The one minute clip passes in a blur of flying hands and flinging hair, concluding with both parties conceding: “You win”. “Time for school” Grohl declares, although he doesn’t then actually take Animal to an educational facility. Who gave in first and declared the other the victor? The full episode airs tonight at 8pm on ABC. Clearly not either of their drum kits which are no longer intact by the time they finish.
