The actor, reality star stated that his European tour had been cancelled due to poor ticket sales which have been a loss.
However, David filed legal documents last month (Apr16) to reduce this amount and now TMZ.com have revealed details of his reasoning behind requesting to cut the payments.
While the documents obtained by the website noted that Hasselhoff’s assets, including real estate, cars, jewelry and retirement savings, among others, total $1.79 million, the cash flow is drying up.
Things don’t appear to be going so well for The Hoff.
However, Pamela is claiming that her ex-husband is worth more than $120 million and is earning more everyday as he continues to work in the public eye. He cited irreconcilable differences for the split. They were married from 1989 to 2006. They have two daughters together, 26-year-old Taylor-Ann and 23-year-old Hayley.
There is a court hearing set for the end of the month to resolve the issues, TMZ reports.
Hasselhoff has since moved on with Hayley Roberts, with the pair getting engaged earlier this month after five years of dating.
The 63-year-old Knight Rider star said he asked Neath-born Roberts, 36, to marry him during a beach-side picnic in Malibu. I cried so hard that he didn’t get around to actually asking, “Will you marry me?” until about 10 minutes later’.
David and Hayley – who is 27 years his junior – met in 2011 while the actor was filming Britain’s Got Talent.
