David Moyes: Why Man Utd must stick with Louis van Gaal
Louis van Gaal has a potential escape route if he is forced to leave Manchester United, with Holland’s national coach Danny Blind, one of his closest friends in football, raising the idea of him become technical director for his nation.

Man United went into the game in bad form but they were much better against the Premier League champions as they earned a point.
United have been struggling badly in recent weeks and are on an eight-game winless run in all competitions.
The pressure will be on him and his players, and Van Gaal admits his side must deal with both their opponent and the demands of their own supporters.
“We have fulfilled the wish and our aim in the first season that ended halfway through 2015”, the Dutchman said at a news conference.
“That is the thing we are in now, it is more hard than a year ago, but we have all the time the support of our fans and that is what we need and like this we will progress and start winning games”, said the Belgian stopper. “The way we played under that pressure (against Chelsea) it was fantastic”.
Current United boss Van Gaal is now under similar scrutiny to what Moyes faced, with the club currently sitting sixth in the league.
“Certainly at home we have played many, many matches like that but we don’t score and that is our problem”.
“I don’t think I would have ever said that in my lifetime”.
Anderson is quick and versatile, he has great dribbling ability and is known for his hard work in tracking back and defending as well, smoothing that Louis van Gaal would certainly love to deploy in his team.
They took a step into the unknown the moment they appointed David Moyes to succeed Alex Ferguson and I genuinely don’t envy their position.
“After that we have managed to give balance to the team and that resulted in us being top in October and November. I can not remember but maybe I put it away because it is a dark period”.

“We have to get points otherwise the gap is too big and that is why we have to do what we have to do. That I also expect from my players”. The England worldwide has denied suggestions that his team-mates are not playing for the former Barcelona manager, claiming that they are in fact fighting for their futures at the club.
