‘Dawood has permanent residence in Pak’
“It is possible, this is not a new report”, he added. “Such people keep changing their location… but he is permanently living in Pakistan”, Singh told reporters in Lucknow. Defence Experts Uday Bhaskar and PK Sehgal also voiced concerns that Pakistan will refrain from handing over the wanted terrorist to India and will continue to stand by its lie. “Government has successfully managed to turn the tables on Pakistan on a mistake committed under UPA during Sharm-Al-Sheikh by getting terror and talks to co-exist”, said BJP leader Siddharth Nath Singh. “Terrorism and dialogue can not go together”, he said. “Pakistan knows we know about Dawood’s residence”.

Asked what was stopping Indian agencies to undertake such an operation, Singh said, “political determination and decision”.
Pakistan has so far denied providing shelter to Dawood Ibrahim, but India has always insisted that the global terrorist is living in the neighbouring country.
The bill even has house address.
In spite of the information made available to Pakistan about his whereabouts, it has failed to execute the Red Corner Notice as well as discharge its obligations under UNSC Resolutions.

The agencies have images of Dawood’s Pakistani passport.
“This accommodation was purchased in September, 2013 and is located near the hospital where medical treatment could be provided to Dawood whenever required”.
The dossier included a recent grainy photo of Ibrahim, now 59, shorn of his famous moustache and with a receding hairline.
Sleuths also have his passport numbers, flight and passenger details.
This is part of a dossier that was prepared by India to be handed over by National Security Adviser Ajit Doval to his Pakistani counterpart Sartaj Aziz during the now-cancelled talks here, government sources said today.
The HT report says that if the meeting between the two countries’ National Security Advisors takes place as scheduled on Monday, India is likely to confront Pakistan with this evidence.

“He was in Karachi about 15 days ago, but has since been shifted to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border region”, the official said.
