Days of heavy rain expected in Western Washington
After areas of fog Tuesday morning, another day of above-normal temperatures is expected in Milwaukee, according to the National Weather Service in Sullivan.

A heavy-rains checklist from the public-private campaign “Take Winter by Storm” advises people in flood-prone areas to place things on high shelves and to stay out of flooded basements, which can pose a danger of electrocution.
The chance of rain is just 20 percent and winds will reach up to 15 miles an hour, the weather service said.
Kirby Cook of the Weather Service likened the succession of storms to “a fire hose coming in off the Pacific”.
In addition to the Marys and the Luckiamute, the Weather Service said other “rivers of concern that now do not have flood warnings” include the South Yamhill, the Pudding, the Molalla, the Lower Tualatin and the Willamette below Oregon City Falls.
Relatively mild temperatures will start the work week in and around Great Falls, with highs getting up into the 50s on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Rainfall of 2 to 5 inches is expected across the interior lowlands.
Strong winds endangers transportation and could cause property damage. Minor flooding is expected late Tuesday on the North Fork Stillaguamish River, the main stem Stilly, the Skykomish River near Gold Bar and the Snohomish River near Snohomish. A mudslide Monday near Edmonds shut down Sounder and Amtrak service between Seattle and Everett.
Landslides and debris flows are possible, forecasters said.

Portions of Eastern Washington are under a flood advisory until Thursday, with 2 to 4 inches of rain expected in the mountains.
