De Blasio’s presidential forum slated for November in Iowa

Perhaps de Blasio decided that the benefits of cooperating with federal authorities on this nebulous program outweighed any other concerns that come with blindly associating Muslims with extremism-besides, how could the NYPD do any worse in this arena?

But de Blasio has found time for political trips to Nebraska, Iowa and Wisconsin to promote a national progressive agenda.

“The core third of left voters in the city might be impressed by him trying to be a factor on the national stage”, said Flanagan.

De Blasio’s relationship with fellow New York Democrats is a rocky one. “We heard it when there was talk about it, but that was it. I don’t think it’s that surprising”.
