De Blasio signs ‘bill of rights’ for NYC jail inmates

Bill de Blasio’s pro-crime policies have helped turn New York City into a shooting gallery. More than a dozen groups urged Mayor de Blasio, to reconsider the city’s participation, citing what they called an unfair focus on the activities of law-abiding American Muslims.
