De Bruyne suffers suspected knee injury
Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne reacts after sustaining an injury during the Manchester City v Everton Capital One Cup Semi Final Second Leg match at Etihad Stadium.

Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini highlighted the role De Bruyne has played for his club throughout the season, in an interview with ESPN.
Pellegrini said: “First of all, I think the ball was just one centimetre over the line but it was very hard for the linesman to see with the two posts, and the position of the referee can not allow him to see if the ball is completely out or not”.
“It’s a challenge for the squad and of course it’s a challenge for the players that play where Kevin does”, said Pellegrini.
Then moments later De Bruyne was involved again as his wonderful cross was headed home by Sergio Aguero to put City ahead in the tie, and Everton were unable to respond.
They will now face Liverpool in next month’s Wembley final.
“Kevin will be out for at least six weeks, but it is too early to know more at this stage”, De Koster said to the Guardian.
But while the Belgian has suffered ankle and knee ligament damage, according to De Koster, he should still have a say as City continue to fight on all four fronts.
“Now we are going to play without Kevin but I continue trusting in our squad and I am sure we will continue being a competitive team”.
Manchester City have been dealt a blow with the agent of Kevin De Bruyne claiming the playmaker is likely to be sidelined for around six weeks.
And the midfielder tweeted on Thursday: “Just got back from the specialist”.
“I think it is important to have a very good rotation of the squad”.
De Bruyne has been a revelation since joining City from Wolfsburg last summer, scoring 12 goals with the same number of assists.

Everton goalkeeper Joel Robles accused De Bruyne of milking the injury to waste time in the dying minute of the match.
