Dead After Russian Plane On Fire-Fighting Mission Crashes In Siberia
The Governor of the Irkutsk Region Sergey Levchenko and Deputy Emergency Minister Leonid Belyayev are flying to the site of the Il-76 crash, TASS correspondent reports. It should have made contact almost six hours ago. It said that seven aircraft have been searching for the plane, which went missing in the Bayandayevsky district near Lake Baikal.
