Police said as the three victims walked to the subway, they were approached by the unidentified man from behind, who fired four shots at them – hitting all three. “This is bad”, said Queens resident Richard Buckley, 59. amNewYork reached out to McDonald’s for comment on the shooting, but has not heard back.

One victim – identified as 43-year-old Angel Quinones – was shot in the head after he and two other males made their way through Penn Station.

One person was killed and two others injured.

“Those three individuals who ended up begin shot were followed into the subway”, Boyce said.

The official says the suspects were thought to have fled northbound on Eighth Avenue in a dark-colored vehicle.

No further details were immediately available, police said.

“This kind of thing doesn’t happen over here”, said Michael Gessow, 39, of the Bronx, who said he has been coming to the clinic for 10 years. Both were working part time as deputy marshals in Marksville on Tuesday when they allegedly opened fire.

All three men had lengthy arrest records for mostly drug charges, the official said.

Soon after, the group left the restaurant and went into the subway – of their own volition – and that’s when shots rang out, Boyce said. They were real nice guys, straight guys.

Police cordoned off the entrance and advised New Yorkers to avoid the junction. “I can’t believe it”.
