Chief Inspector Scott Small told NBC10 that the suspect entered a limo and left the scene.

A total of three men were taken in custody by police and they recovered a firearm.

The shooting occurred two doors from the Theatre of the Living Arts, where many people were in line for a show by Chicago rapper Lil Durk, with supporting acts Hypno Carlito and Gunplay.

The Lil Durk concert had not yet started when bullets began flying and that hundreds of people were standing on the sidewalk at the time, according to Small.

He went outside and saw a man on the ground bleeding from the abdomen.

According to NBC Philly, a semiautomatic handgun was reportedly found “in the wheel well of a vehicle parked” nearby.

While the victim of the deadly shooting remains unidentified, police have divulged that a scuffle took place outside of TLA just before gunfire rang out.
