Deadline Looms For Microsoft’s Free Windows 10 Offer

Now, even in lock mode, you can click the end of your pen and bring up a Windows Ink toolbar. Now, it pulls up an entire pen-enabled panel, with access to sticky notes, sketchbook and screen capture.
