Death penalty to be sought in face-biting attack
Authorities released surveillance video on Friday that showed the teen leaving the restaurant. He is wearing a blue polo shirt, white shorts and a red baseball cap, on backward.

Once he is released, deputies say he will be arrested on various charges including first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, burglary and resisting an officer without violence.
After a horrific attack in Florida, the family of the suspect is offering its condolences.
We love our son and know that he is not the person some are making him to be for their own purposes. “The Harrouff family loves Austin as they know the Stevens and Mischon families loved John Stevens III and Michelle Mischon”. That means he faces the death penalty or life without parole if convicted.
When police arrived, they found Harrouff hunched over the bodies of John Stevens, 59, and his wife, 53-year-old Michelle Mishcon.
He also will be charged with attempted first-degree murder in the stabbing of their neighbor, Jeff Fisher, who tried to intervene. The Associated Press reported that Snyder earlier suggested that he is not in a hurry to charge Harrouff because his family or insurance will have to pay the hospital bill until he is charged.
Attorney Robert Watson, who said he’s representing Harrouff, told TC Palm (http://bit.ly/2b3AAkH) that the student’s parents saw “indications of odd and unusual behavior” in him recently, but he declined to elaborate on possible mental health issues.
“It is not super important to me what his mindset was”, John Stevens IV told the SunSentinel.
Investigators “know the who, the what, the when, the where and the how” of the random attack, Snyder said, but a motive remains unclear.
His mother reportedly called the police three hours before the attack saying her son had been talking about how he had “superpowers”.
Harrouff remained in a hospital in critical condition Friday but he is stable, the sheriff’s office said. They used a Taser on him, but Harrouff appeared to be “abnormally strong” – possibly from the influence of drugs.
He tested negative for street drugs.
Hospital blood tests showed no signs of methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin or other common drugs; it will take longer to test for less common hallucinogenic drugs such as flakka or bath salts.
Jeffrey Fisher, the neighbor from across the street who tried to help Stevens and Mishcon during the attack “has a long healing process to go through”, according to Stuart resident Mike Conner, who said Fisher is his wife’s brother-in-law.
The American teenager accused of murdering a couple and attempting to bite the man’s face posted a series of freaky videos just days before the killings.
Fisher then tells deputies that he is “bleeding profusely” from an apparent stab wound in his back, though he says he is unsure of the extent of the injury.

Fisher was released from the hospital Thursday and at home resting with his family.
