Wasserman Schultz will not gavel the convention in on Monday, as previously scheduled.
Just before the convention, WikiLeaks released more than 20,000 emails from top DNC staffers.
On Sunday, Wasserman Schultz stated she’ll resign her position as party chair at the end of the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in his challenge to Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination, one even suggesting Sanders be questioned about his religion.

Steck is supporting Hillary Clinton in the general election, but not all Sanders delegates will be doing so.
Although Brazile has contributed to presidential bids by Jesse Jackson, Walter Mondale and Dick Gephardt, she is noted as being the first African-American to run a presidential campaign, for then-Vice President Al Gore in 2000.
That wish was granted after she was booed and heckled by her fellow Floridians.
Pelosi’s speech to California delegation was interrupted and the congresswoman had a “Bernie” sign thrust in her face, Roll Call reported. She will be joining the campaign as an honorary chair.
“I think the party did the right thing – very decisive quick actions, obviously Debbie Wasserman Schultz had to go and we needed that apology”, de Blasio told CNN’s “New Day.” “I know we would have had Bernie Sanders for president”, said Palm Beach County delegate Diana Hatsis-Neuhoff.
“Every person is faced with challenges, every party is faced with challenges, this is something that is going to unite us and make us stronger as a party”, Ball said.

But Sanders had his own troubles when he tried to rally his own supporters toward party unity.
