Defending 9/11 Claims, Trump Says He Has ‘World’s Greatest Memory’
In fact, these two scenarios aren’t the same at all-one is an inevitability that I will spend the remainder of my life grappling with, while the other is an unfortunate, anxiety-producing thought experiment that has a very low likelihood of ever actually coming to be. The Star-Ledger said of the rumor of celebrations: “In the end it was nothing more than a rapid-fire urban myth”.

“We had the same thing happening in Germany in the 1920s with people being roughed up by the Brownshirts and they deserved it because they were Jews and Marxists and radicals and dissidents and gypsies — that was what Hitler was saying”, Ross said. Even if it did happen, and there is no evidence of it, the celebrating was not on TV and did not involve “thousands and thousands of people”.
Trump says the article proves he’s telling the truth.
“In Jersey City, within hours of two jetliners plowing into the World Trade Center authorities detained and questioned a number of people who were allegedly seen celebrating the attacks…”
Super PACs are reportedly stepping up their spending to oppose Trump, and Cohen and Trump have indicated they could consider that effort a nullification of Trump’s pledge to support the eventual Republican nominee and forgo an independent run if it’s not him.
Trump even fired back at the Washington Post which debunked his 9/11 claims, tweeting “I want an apology!” Reporter: But the newspaper now claiming the allegations were never proven.
“That’s a whole different level and I would absolutely bring back interrogation and strong interrogation”, he added, according to ABC News.
But Mr Trump’s campaign has shown extraordinary resilience, and “the Donald” remains atop all major new polls despite fact-checkers debunking many of his statements. “There’s something we don’t know about”, Trump said, before someone in the audience shouted, “He’s a Muslim!” “We know it happened”. “People are going to look at who has the skills, the talent, the heart and the spine”. “He can’t remember where he saw the video, but he can remember he has the world’s greatest memory”.
“Maybe if you walk in my footsteps, you can see that I am not any less human than you are”.
Reporter 1: Yes. Can you expand on that?

“It’s like the classic consequences of bad planning and one night stands”, Wilson said, suggesting the Republican party can expect to pay “for a long time” if Trump continues his divisive rhetoric. Trump did so as he was defending a controversial 9/11 claim.
