Police say one homicide suspect in a deadly home invasion in Delaware has been arrested after turning himself in to authorities Sunday night. Harrington and Shabazz face multiple charges, including first-degree murder and two counts of attempted robbery, in connection with a home invasion in Dover. Leager was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say the two suspects broke into a home in Rodney Village Saturday morning armed with handguns. Both were described by police as armed and risky.

Gunfire while the two home invaders fled through backyards and along adjacent streets – with Clifton Leager’s son in pursuit – struck Haley Henwood, 18, of Philadelphia. She was later pronounced dead at the hospital.

There were no other injuries, Bratz said.

Shabazz is described as a slim black male standing 6-feet and weighing between 150 and 160 pounds. He also has a slim build and was wearing dark clothes. He was last seen wearing dark clothing and was armed with an unknown type of handgun.

Police have not determined a motive at this time. His vehicle may be a four dour dark colored SUV.
