In a bid to improve its services, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will be conducting a customer satisfaction survey between August 24 and September 1, except for weekends.
“If a person is in uniform, he is allowed to travel in metro if he is in senses”, a CISF official said, adding, the issue is being looked into.
The third edition of the survey, which was also conducted in the year 2013 and 2014, will cover over one lakh passengers spread over 50 metro stations and inside the trains, the DMRC statement said.
