Deliveroo has launched a booze delivery service in selected United Kingdom cities
The service will apparently work in the same way as food orders with eight Majestic Wines stores across London ready to be delivered from, while there will be 20 BrewDog locations across the country.

The company operates in 30 United Kingdom cities having been launched in 2013.
Deliveroo has announced it will partner with alcohol retailers Baggot St Wines, Fresh The Good Food Market and Galway Bay Brewery to deliver alcohol to your door.
“Deliveroo offers us a really simple way to deliver unbelievable beers to our local neighbourhood”, said James Hickson, owner and managing director at We Brought Beer. It offers a wide range of food and drink delivery options from restaurants and bars within a given postcode, usually aiming to deliver online orders within 20-30 minutes. “So Deliveroo has been a real boost for both us but more importantly our customers who sometimes can’t always make it into store but don’t want to have to compromise on their beer choices”.
Deliveroo added that it is “continuing to champion the UK’s small businesses” by working with independents like Lea and Sandeman, Honest Brew, Mother Kellys and Vagabond Wines. Based on our overall experiences with Deliveroo, we see no reason to be overly sceptical – it’s usually very quick.
The drinks service marks yet further expansion of Deliveroo, which is competing with the likes of Just Eat and the recently launched UberEATS for market share. Drivers then collect the orders and deliver them to the customer by bike. At this rate you’ll never need to leave the sofa again.

Participating alcohol merchants will be offered a tablet, allowing them to process orders through the Deliveroo app.
