Delonte West appears to have fallen on hard times
The newest news doesn’t seem to be much of a surprise to former fans who first caught a glimpse of West’s downward spiral when he tweeted, “It’s official, Pride 2 the side. just filled out application at Home Depot”.

West had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder during his career, but he’s disputed that claim, saying his issues are the result of having to deal with the stress and depression associated with an National Basketball Association player’s lifestyle.
West has had a history of controversy on and off the court. He’s denied that rumor however.
‘I don’t want my son going to school and people making fun of him for something his daddy did, ‘ he told Vice Sports in 2014.
According to an Instagram user who happened upon the one-time St. Joseph’s star, West’s world-weary comments matched his dishevelled look.
