This was the exclusive concept at Emirates Airlines followed by Gulf competitors including Etihad and Qatar Airways.

Delta Air Lines will introduce an all-suite business-class cabin on its first Airbus A350-900 arriving next year, and will roll out the new business-class offering on additional aircraft over time.
Sounds good, but what about the food, the entertainment system, the crew, air fares.
Each suite will feature a sliding door, ambient lighting, direct aisle access, lie-flat beds, a memory foam cushion and 18-inch entertainment screen-the largest of any USA carrier, according to the airline.
The suites are expected to premiere on the Airbus A350, of which Delta is scheduled to receive 25. Each wide-body A350 will have 32 suites.
“This product is meant to be as close to a private jet experience as possible and is driven by our customers, who were telling us that they wanted more privacy”, said Tim Mapes, Delta’s chief marketing officer.
Delta’s business class are getting a big facelift.
Delta One passengers also get chef-curated meals and wine, noise-cancelling headphones, in-flight lounge wear on select flights, and TUMI amenity kits with skincare items.
Delta completed installation of full flat-bed seats with direct aisle access on all of its widebody aircraft operating long-haul global flights in 2014.

Following the A350 debut, the Delta One suite will progressively roll out on Delta’s Boeing 777 fleet. The new business-class cabin will have what Delta calls “residential feel”. The airline hasn’t determined which routes will offer suites, but it flies Airbus A350 planes mainly between the USA and Asia.
