Deluded Chelsea fans desperate to sign Arsenal star Mesut Ozil
“The stats show that but not just that, his work-rate through the game and I see him training ever day and what he does for this team”.

Arsene Wenger remains optimistic that Jack Wilshere will regain his fitness and play an important part at Arsenal.
Mesut Ozil might be winning comparisons to Arsenal great Dennis Bergkamp on current form, but former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher believes the Germany worldwide lacks one thing – a Premier League medal. “There are types of players, sometimes the most technical players, it looks like it demands less energy for them to play”.
Mesut Ozil played a staring role in the win after providing an assist for the opener and scoring his sides second goal to secure all three points. “It is just natural for them”.
Wilshere, 23, is yet to feature this season after suffering a fractured fibula in August.
Newcastle United didn’t manage a single shot on target and just one attempt overall when they played Arsenal at St James Park earlier this season. The Basel midfielder is being touted as a cover for Francis Coquelin, who is expected to be out till the end of February with a knee ligament injury.
The outstanding form shown by Ozil has been the catalyst to the Gunners’ climb to the top of the Barclays Premier League table heading into 2016 as they go in search of a first title in 12 years.
“I don’t have Jack Wilshere or Santi Cazorla who are number 10s, I could rest him more if I had these players because Wilshere can play there and Cazorla can play there”.
Alexis Sanchez is unlikely to return for this afternoon’s game as the striker continues to recover from a hamstring injury suffered at Norwich City four weeks ago.
Arsenal are set to welcome Mathieu Flamini back in to the squad after he missed the win over Bournemouth with a minor ankle problem and he could replace Calum Chambers alongside Aaron Ramsey in midfield.

And while Wenger will surely be keen not to make the same mistake twice, the Frenchman is eager to keep playing the in-form Ozil.
