Demaryius Thomas (hip) expected to practice Wednesday
Early Sunday Morning, ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted out that Denver Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas underwent an MRI on his hip and would be seeking a second opinion. Thomas suffered a hip injury in the early team’s season opening win against the Carolina Panthers but, Broncos head coach told Schefter Monday, that the seven-year WR was “feeling better”.

We do not know if Thomas will be available to play on Sunday; however, if Kubiak feels the Pro Bowl wide receiver had an opportunity to practice today, then that bodes well for Thomas to be active against the Indianapolis Colts.
The Broncos practiced Monday after players had the weekend off. Thomas received treatment both days this past weekend.
Thomas was pretty obviously compromised in the season opener, putting down a warrior-worthy four catches for 48 yards, despite a visible limp ailing him throughout the final three quarters of the game.

If Thomas is able to practice at full-go by Wednesday, there’s a solid chance he’ll be out there against the Colts this weekend. But there is some concern that Thomas could miss some time, depending on the second opinion. According to Kubiak, Sambrailo is back and ready to go, though he’ll have to earn back his playing time.
