Demi Lovato Campaigns For Hillary Clinton In Iowa Ahead Of Caucuses
Sanders has a lead of 51% to 43% in Iowa, but most of his backing is from the younger crowd, who historically have had poor attendance come election season. But 46 percent still thought Trump has the best chance of winning in the general election in November and 47 percent thought he was the stronger leader.

Clinton devoted most of her speech to fighting for women’s health and abortion rights.
“Any time I see Hillary is going to be nearby, I make an effort to go”, said one young woman. At a rally on Thursday, she said that she was “not interested in ideas that sound good on paper but will never make it in the real world”.
Clinton spokesman Jesse Ferguson declined to discuss campaign ad strategy but said Clinton has been vocal about her position on guns. Clinton is campaigning in Iowa on Saturday. “He later was forced to apologize for his lies about her”, Sanders campaign spokesman Michael Briggs told the AP.
Before serving as a Democratic senator, Clinton was the first lady of the US for eight years and then served as secretary of state from 2009 to 2013, noted The Hill.
Bernie Sanders’s new TV spot is incredibly effective and unlike anything we’re seeing from other candidates. The former secretary of state in the Obama administration has had a complex relationship with the president since he defeated her to the Democratic presidential nomination in 2008.
Olivia Miller, a 20-year-old sophomore from Kansas City, Missouri, said she’s leaning toward supporting Clinton and called Sanders “overhyped a little bit because I think that some of the issues he has been talking about are too socialist”.
Although she made a tacit case against him by saying the USA can’t afford to undo gains made under Obamacare (something Clinton has warned Sanders’ plan for a “Medicare for all” system would do), Clinton avoided mentioning the name of the senator from neighboring Vermont, something she was not shy about doing in Iowa. “Bernie is a fresh face”, Miller said. After Clinton was up by 18 points in December, the new poll represents a whopping 26-point shift in just one month.
Well, I have to say I didn’t understand that at all. Sanders cast himself as the outsider who would lead a political revolution, while Clinton touted her experience and embraced President Barack Obama’s legacy.

“Their support for terrorism, the anti-American rhetoric that we’re hearing from some of their leadership is something that is unacceptable”, Sanders said.
