Democratic senator roils Donald Trump with brutal tweet
The Isis controversy comes after Trump faced backlash over his hint that gun rights supporters might attack Clinton, something that seemed to cause genuine shock in a country that has grown used to Trump pushing the boundaries of appropriate political discourse. The campaign has not released details, but Trump typically also holds public campaign stops while in battleground states. He will have to reveal the same information for his wife and dependent children.

On Friday, Donald Trump tried to walk back his claim that President Obama “is the founder of ISIS” in the most Trump way possible. He added (in all caps): “THEY DON’T GET SARCASM?” “Our government has unleashed ISIS”, Trump said while speaking to the National Association of Home Builders.
Trump’s VP pick Mike Pence, for instance, carefully refrained from using the words “founder of ISIS” for Obama, but said the president was responsible for creating “the vacuum in the wider Middle East in which ISIS was able to spawn and grow”.
Hillary Clinton says she brings a lot of stamina to her campaign – rebutting Donald Trump’s suggestion that she’s not up to the rigors of the presidency.
“He was the founder of ISIS, absolutely”, Trump said. “At the end, it’s either going to work or I’m going to, you know, I’m going to have a very, very nice long vacation”, he said.
Yet in other traditionally GOP-leaning states, like Arizona and Georgia, Republicans are concerned Trump’s unpopularity could give Democrats an improbable victory. But the allegation had elicited fresh concerns about Trump’s relationship with the truth and his preparedness to be commander in chief.
Hillary Clinton’s White House campaign also termed Trump’s remarks a “false claim”. “I just wish my opponent in this election saw the same Michigan I do”, she said at an event in Warren, Michigan.
Trump has previously criticised Clinton for supporting the Iraq War in 2003 while she was a USA senator.
It will be interesting to see what happens when Russian Federation invades Estonia and Trump tries to stop them by telling them he was just being “sarcastic” about not defending them as a North Atlantic Treaty Organisation ally. “I think people that really want to vote, they’re gonna just get up and vote for Trump”.
Federal law generally prohibits USA citizens from being prosecuted in military tribunals.
But that was not the only time he called Obama and Clinton the co-founders.
“No, Barack Obama is not the founder of Isis”.
Trump said he wasn’t anxious Republicans would cut him off – and threatened to stop fundraising for the party if they do. This group would eventually become what we know today as the “Islamic State”, or ISIS. Al-Zarqawi, the head of al-Qaida in Iraq, was killed in a US airstrike in 2006.
Trump’s exercise in self-awareness is a marked departure from his usual tenor on the campaign trail, where for months at rallies he would tick through poll numbers showing him winning as if they were sports scores of his favourite team.

Trump scheduled a speech in Warren, Ohio, on Monday that will focus on how he would handle the threat posed by Islamic State. The officials weren’t authorized to comment publicly and requested anonymity.
