Democrats have ‘failed and betrayed’ African-Americans
“It is time for our society to address some honest and very hard truths”, Trump said at an election rally in Wisconsin.

Trump denounced generations of Democratic Party policies that he says have created a mess in Milwaukee and other cities, and he strongly defended the police officer whose killing of an armed man was the occasion for last weekend’s violent riots. They have just assumed they will get support and done nothing in return for it.
Trump said the Democratic Party had taken the votes of African-Americans for granted and had taken advantage of African-American citizens.
Trump said it is time to give Democrats some competition for these votes and it’s time to rebuild the inner cities of American and to reject the failed leadership of a rigged political system.
The number of likely voters who picked neither Clinton nor Trump in the poll was almost 24 percent.
Trump said his rival Clinton is “against the police” and accused her and Democrats of “peddling the narrative of cops as a racist force in our society”.
Clinton campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Palmieri responded by accusing Mr Trump of being the bigot instead. “She doesn?t care at all about the hurting people of this country, or the suffering she has caused them”, Trump said as he sought the support of African-American voters. However, what appears to result from that is the chance that press freedoms and his threat to prevent The New York Times from having access to any of his events could be an example of his dictator-like qualities.
Hillary Clinton urged supporters in the critical swing state of Pennsylvania Tuesday to register to vote, saying she’s “not taking anybody anywhere for granted” in the race for the White House.
Trump briefly met with veterans and police officers Tuesday afternoon during a campaign stop at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center in Milwaukee, including with Sheriff David Clarke and Sheriff’s Inspector Edward Bailey. Police body camera footage showed Smith holding a handgun during the encounter, police said.
‘If you believe a gun was pointed at his head, maybe ready to be fired, what is a person supposed to do?’ Trump asked. “Supposed to talk him out of it?”
“It’s from a doctor who treats digestive problems”, the writer said. That’s what the narrative is.
“The violence, riots and destruction that have taken place in Milwaukee is an assault on the right of all citizens to live in security and to live in peace”, Trump told a mostly white audience.
Trump also accused Clinton and Democrats of deepening racial divides and fostering “the risky anti-police atmosphere in America”.
“It just absolutely bewilders me when I hear Donald Trump try to talk about national security”, Clinton said, pointing to Vice-President Joe Biden’s dissection of Trump’s foreign policy at a Pennsylvania event Monday. He returned repeatedly to claims that violent crime has increased in American cities and said that the key to restoring safety in black communities is “more law enforcement, more community engagement, more effective policing”.

Trump also sought to galvanize the African-American community into supporting him by touting his hardline stance on illegal immigration and arguing that Clinton’s policies to give some undocumented immigrants legal status in the US would take away jobs from low-income African-Americans.
