Democrats quickly nominate Kaine for vice president
Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Kaine has delivered his speech at the Democratic Party convention in Philadelphia, rallying support for presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and attacking Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump.

Kaine’s father-in-law, Linwood Holton, is a former Republican governor of Virginia who during his tenure in the 1970s integrated Virginia’s schools-and Kaine said Holton has been “voting for an very bad lot of Democrats these days” because of the direction his party has taken. Kaine then spoke of his trust in Hillary Clinton – and his lack of trust in Trump.
Senator Tim Kaine used his best Donald Trump impression to show what his true colors are in the election.
Last week, GOP members questioned Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s trustworthiness, often times citing her FBI investigation concerning emails from her tenure as secretary of State.
‘Donald Trump has a passion too – it’s himself.
We asked Governor McAuliffe who he will appoint to replace Kaine. He was previously vetted for the vice presidency by Barack Obama in his presidential campaign in 2008 and picked by Obama to lead the Democratic National Committee between January 2009 and April 2011.
“That convinced me that we’ve got advance opportunity for everyone, no matter where you come from, how much money you have, what you look like, how you worship or who you love”, he added.
“Do you know it was not an accident that the rollout of the ticket was in Florida, that was no accident”, Kaine told the delegates.
“I guess that’s just for suckers to have to pay for the society we have”, he said, as the audience of friends and supporters cheered. Later, he helped start a chant: “Sí se puede”. “Most people, when they run for president, they don’t just say, ‘Believe me.’ They respect you enough to tell you how they will get things done”. “And yet Donald still says believe me”.
Who is Tim Kaine? “Pretty simple.” He also commended Bernie Sanders and his supporters, saying that “we all should ‘Feel the Bern, ‘ and we all should not want to get burned by the other guy”, referencing Trump. She’s ready because of her heart.

“God has created, in our country, a lovely and rich tapestry, an incredible cultural diversity that succeeds when we embrace everybody in love and battle back against the forces, the dark forces of division”, Kaine said. “She’s ready because she knows in America we are stronger together”.
