Isles MSP Alasdair Allan has shown his support for women with breast cancer by wearing pink and encouraging his constituents to take part in Breast Cancer Now’s flagship fundraiser, wear it pink, on Friday October 23.

If you are a breast cancer patient or survivor and would like to attend the football game with your family, please call Waiting for a Cure at (601) 620-6421 for tickets and more information.

Breast cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in women and the second most common cause of cancer death.

ADCB’s sponsored events are set to launch early October, the global Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Participants are encouraged to run/walk in the Hot Pink Fun Run in honor or memory of a friend or loved one who has been affected by breast cancer by sporting special customizable stickers, which will be available on race day.

Breast cancer is not a sole disease.

You can set up your own pink lemonade stand and do the same, donating your proceeds to the cancer-related charity of choice.
