Inconvenient Weather: Areas of fog possible late tonight/Thursday morning.

Lots of sunshine is expected on Saturday and temperatures will respond in a big way. With warmer and more humid air in place Sunday the system will gain strength and even a rumble of thunder is not out of the question.

A very weak cold front will approach New Jersey on Thursday, but there’s a good chance it completely washes out before reaching the Delaware River. Our next significant chance for rain moves in early next week.

It will be cooler by next Tuesday with a northerly flow. Highs today should reach the upper 40s to lower 50s across the state.

Today: Patchy morning fog; mild with clouds and some sunshine. Anything outdoors in December has rarely seemed more pleasant.

Tonight: Mostly Clear and Chilly. Friday will see more of the same. More clouds at times, with an upper level disturbance passing by to the north. However, the warm up really gets going. So the days leading up to it will likely feature temperatures jumping into the 60s.
