Denver Broncos rushing attack key for Kansas City Chiefs defense on Thursday
While many Denver Broncos fans are pointing a finger at quarterback Peyton Manning, guard Evan Mathis is pointing at himself.

Both teams had decent wins last week.
Peyton Manning flew a woman dying of cancer to one of his games after reading her heartfelt letter.
The question now becomes what the Denver Broncos plan for the season and the future becomes, should Peyton continue to deliver sub par performances like he delivered against Baltimore. If he struggles mightily against Kansas City this week, it’s time to sell as quickly as possible and find another starting option. The problems on offense date back to last season and coach Gary Kubiak is attempting to implement a more run-oriented offense.
He told reporters: “I was kind of surprised I was on it to tell you the truth”. I’m no doctor, but he just doesn’t look right on his throws. Now they need to do it again on a short turnaround, which Mathis believes can actually be a good thing. But it’s getting clearer and clearer that relying on Manning to carry this team with his throwing isn’t a very sound strategy going forward, unless the Super Bowl is no longer the goal for the Broncos. Sanders who normally lines up in the slot could see some outside routes considering the ineffectiveness of the Broncos passing game.
The Broncos said Anunike was out and Bolden was doubtful for Thursday night’s game, while Anderson, Stewart and Jackson were questionable. If you’re able to put all of your work into the mental aspect of the game.

Smith will be leading the charge for Kansas City following a great showing in their season opener win over the Houston Texans. In other words, the Chiefs are really frustrated going into this game because they know how hard it has been to beat the Broncos. I am sure he will do just about everything in his power to keep up his winning streak against Kansas, even though he did look a bit ordinary and didn’t throw one touchdown pass in his game against the Ravens.
