Details Leaked about New Samsung Galaxy S7 Smartphone

The latest report that is now circulating implies that Samsung may be employing a similar technology for their upcoming new flagship, the Samsung Galaxy S7, very soon. It is nearly certain that the model will work through Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system.

For the past year or so, i Ice Universe has been one of the most prolific leaksters from China, bringing us sneak previews on both the Snapdragon 820 as well as the Exynos 8890. It’ll have a 12 mega pixel rear-facing camera, which may be 4 mega pixels less than its predecessor, but the pixels are larger, which provide the camera with more light to process the image. Apart from the model numbers, the listing also says, the Galaxy S7 will feature a 5.1-inch display, whereas curved-edge-display clad S7 Edge will flaunt a 5.5-inch screen. Two edge variant and one standard 5.1-inch model although we will have to wait and see if this is true or not.

Initial reports suggested that Samsung was upping the megapixel count of its flagship smartphone camera once again. This isn’t a huge device but it shows persistence in updates and it’s a good practice so that’s why we’re more or less pretty excited. And, although not detailed in any of these benchmarks, the Galaxy S7 family is claimed to include a microSD card slot so increase storage – a feature sorely missed on the Galaxy S6.

Like the previous Galaxy S7 models, Samsung will offer Android in the new handset.

The most recent report at the time of writing, however, relates to a benchmark test that has emerged of an alleged Galaxy S7 operating in the wild.

With CES 2016 now out of the way and Apple unlikely to announce a new iPhone for months, all eyes in the mobile world are fixed on Samsung.

However, even as the companies faced each other off in courts, Samsung went on to sell more smartphones globally than Apple, which had introduced the iPhone in 2007, to set off the new smartphone era.
