One of the Wolf-Millesi family said in the lawsuit that they “suffered a severe cervical fracture that left her permanently disabled” and that another had suffered “severe nerve damage”.
The Wolf-Milesi family of Malibu, California has sued Caitlyn Jenner in LA Superior Court for negligence from a February vehicle crash at the helm of Caitlyn Jenner which killed a woman named Kim Howe, after Jenner rear-ended her auto and pushed it into oncoming traffic.
Nonetheless, Jenner faces two other lawsuits aside from the music producer’s. She is also being sued by Howe’s stepchildren and another driver involved in the crash.
According to the lawsuit, Peter’s wife sustained blunt-force injuries and subsequently requires ongoing treatment, his one-month old son was unresponsive immediately after the incident, and he himself sustained serious wrist injuries, NBC 10 reports. But, sheriff’s department investigators found that despite this, Jenner was still driving at a speed too fast given the conditions at the time.
Jenner’s publicist declined comment Friday, according to The Associated Press.
The accident occurred before Ms Jenner announced she is transgender and transitioned into her new identity as Caitlyn, a process that was filmed for TV cameras.
The lawsuit states, “The emotional effects of being involved in a collision that has taken the life of another has caused tremendous distress and suffering for the Wolf-Milesi family”.
“It is a devastating tragedy”, the statement read.

In May, CNN reported that Bruce Jenner was sued for the auto crash by Dana Redmond and William Howe, the adult stepson and stepdaughter of Kimberly Howe, who was fatally injured in the crash. I can not pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time.
