After Kabali, Rajinikanth and Pa Ranjith will come together again for a Dhanush production.
Dhanush, who is married to Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwaryaa, did not reveal whether he would make an appearance in the movie.
Kabali was a top grosser in the box office.
Meanwhile, Rajinikanth has resumed shoot of his upcoming mega-budgeted project 2.0, the sequel to the blockbuster Tamil film Enthiran.
However, it isn’t clear if the project is a sequel of Kabali or a different film altogether. The film opened on July 22 to 4 am shows and fan hysteria across the world. Though the movie had been unlike any of Rajinikanth’s recent fare, Pa Ranjith and the actor got a lot of praise for the movie at the box-office. The film also stars Amy Jackson and Sudhanshu Pandey in lead roles. The first look of the film will be unveiled in November.
Rajinikanth is now acting in Shankar’s 2.0 which is slated for a 2017 release.
