Did Twitter take down ‘affluenza’ teen Ethan Couch?

Couch has not surfaced since a video appeared on social media that appears to show him next to a drinking game, possibly in violation of this probation. “It is our understanding that the court has issued a directive to apprehend, to have Ethan detained because he is out of contact with his probation officer”.

Tarranty County Sheriff Dee Anderson tweeted at about 3 p.m. Thursday that he had just learned the U.S. Marshal’s Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation are participating in the search.

“Four people were hit and killed, and no one was held responsible”, Colleen Sheehey-Church, MADD’s national president, said in the statement.

A judge sentenced Couch to rehab and 10 years of drug-and-alcohol-free probation instead of jail.

“This is egregious. “Affluenza” aside, Ethan Couch appears to show blatant disregard for the law, and he must be held accountable”.

Nicole Knox is a Dallas defense attorney and says Couch’s mother could face charges if the two are caught.

Couch’s defense team, which included psychologist Dr. G. Dick Miller, argued that the teen suffered from “affluenza”, meaning his irresponsible behavior and lifestyle were a product of his affluent upbringing and “profoundly dysfunctional” parents.

After his recent disappearance, a court ordered Couch detained, according to his lawyers.

On June 15th, 2013, Couch and some friends were drunk from beer they stole from Walmart when he crashed into a group of people on highway. Brian Jennings, a youth pastor, as well as Hollie Boyles, and her daughter Shelby were helping Mitchell when Couch fatally struck them. In a test carried out three hours after the crash, Couch had a blood alcohol level three times the legal limit. The message the judge sent is all wrong, he said.
