Steel city is missing the screening of Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra-starrer “Bajirao Mastani” as no theatre in Jamshedpur is screening the film due to license issue. While all eyes were on the verdict, the results of the big ticket Bolly clash is finally out.

Bajirao Mastani has already been loved by the critics and compared to the first day the box office swelled by 20% on the 2nd day of the weekend.
Although, “Dilwale” is still ahead of “Bajirao Mastani”, but after the second day collection, the gap between the two is narrowing. The audience response to the film has been good from all age groups especially families. But that did not stop the viewers to praise the film.
After collecting Rs 21 crore on its opening day itself, “Dilwale“, directed by Rohit Shetty, amassed Rs 20.09 crore in India on Saturday, taking its cumulative total to Rs 41.09 crore, read a statement.
Another Box Office India finding qualifies that “Bajirao Mastani” earnings are still below those of this year’s biggest Bollywood blockbusters “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” and “Prem Ratan Dhan Payo”.
But the film has grossed much more than Bajirao Mastani and therefore it has emerged as the victor in this clash! Knowing its huge budget, the film needs to perform extraordinarily well over the next few days to record a stable opening week for sure.
