France playmaker Dimitri Payet has insisted he is “100 per cent staying at West Ham”. With Real Madrid reportedly interested in the midfielder.

After a stellar debut season with West Ham, Dimitri Payet garnered a PFA Player of the Year nomination and instantly became France’s golden boy, which led to speculation he could be playing elsewhere next season.
Here are five players that West Ham won’t sign but really should… We had a fantastic season and I can’t wait to play in the Olympic Stadium. “I can tell the Hammers fans that”.
Speaking on the set of his new movie, the Hatton Garden Heist, Sullivan was quoted by the Mirror as saying: “It is the TV money”.
“But Payet is not for sale”. He is worth £100million.
Sullivan made it pretty clear that Payet is under no circumstances available for sale and it seems the French worldwide feels the same way.
Having joined the Hammers from Marseille last summer, Payet went on to score 12 goals in all competitions to force his way into Didier Deschamps’ Euro 2016 plans.
Once the transfer window shuts, there will nearly certainly be players that West Ham will have missed out on, who could have contributed so much to the club.

West Ham open their Premier League campaign with an away game against Antonio Conte’s Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, where they will hope to do better than their seventh-place finish from last season.
