Disney announces Jack and the Beanstalk animated film enormous

It’s a world of giants, though, including the storm giants, who are up to no good, “wreaking havoc around the world of the giants”. “If we do our jobs right, we hope this will become the definitive version”, he added. He soon discovers giants up there, and a huge female giant (presumably Inma) begins chasing after him. Lopez and Anderson-Lopez also spoke about about their contributions to the film, including a song where an 11-year-old giant plays with the (relatively) tiny Jack like a doll with a refrain of, “I Love You, Little Man”. It has deep, deep, emotion. Still, we’d be fools to bet against Disney in general, and Anderson-Lopez and Lopez in particular, at this point.

Disney has just announced at its D23 Expo plans for a new twist on an old tale, with their “definitive” take on “Jack in the Beanstalk“, coming in 2018. Pixar and Disney Animation’s John Lasseter made the announcement during a presentation covering the studio’s upcoming slate of animated films.

Director Nathan Greno and Producer Dorothy Mckim took the stage, and introduced a reel of still shots they’ve worked on so far. He hatches a grand plan with Inma, a 60-foot-tall, 11-year-old girl, and agrees to help her find her way home.

Toy Story 4 is scheduled to hit theaters June 16, 2017. But he doesn’t account for her super-sized personality. It will follow the classic tale of Jack, who acquires magic beans and uses them to plant a beanstalk that reaches into the world of giants.
