Attendees got a chance to buy exclusive merchandise, ogle props and costumes – and even Pixar chief John Lasseter’s iconic Hawaiian shirts – and other fans who cosplayed by dressing up as their favorite Disney, Marvel or Star Wars characters. As this explanation goes on, however, the camera pulls out, and we see that what we’ve been looking at is moving tattoos that Maui has all over his chest detailing his many, many adventures. Shanghai Disneyland is getting some cool stuff and America already has Star Tours, but we want more. “We finally feel safe enough to unlock the titanium cage underneath Disney Land we’ve been keeping her in for safety”.

Star Wars and Marvel lands?
With construction underway since 2014, the upcoming Avatar theme park attraction at Disney’s Animal Kingdom has released a series of posters in display at this years D23 Expo.
Brown originated the title role in MARY POPPINS on Broadway. For a while, there were rumors of it changing from being titled after its story’s namesake to being an adjective along the lines of Tangled or Frozen.
But at least one fake D23 account jokingly announced that Dinah Jane Hansen had been cast as Moana, which only added to the confusion.

Fans were hoping to see a new “Star Wars” trailer, especially after they were disappointed that no new footage surfaced at last month’s Comic-Con in San Diego. It sounds like a good bet. But at least we’ll (most likely) have Rogue One as a consolation prize, and who knows, maybe they’ll be able to confirm those reports that Benicio Del Toro is playing the villain in Episode VIII. The film after that, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, won’t be represented however. Having been a fan of Disney’s music and storytelling, I can only imagine how incredible the final product will turn out.

“Moana” is expected to hit theaters on November 23, 2016. From there, things get a bit murkier. For 1000 years, they stopped their voyaging ways, only to suddenly begin again – and Moana will tell the story of why that is.
