The dramatic moment occurred in MI during the third and final sentencing hearing for disgraced former Olympic doctor Larry Nassar, who has been convicted for sexually abusing more than 100 women and girls under the guise of medical treatment.

“You took advantage of my innocence and trust”, the 17-year-old high school student told Nassar, as he sat, eyes cast downward, in an orange prison jumpsuit.
“I-I, that is not-” she began.
The incident happened while dozens more women waited to give their evidence on the abuse suffered at Nassar’s hands.
Mr Margraves then rushed at Nassar and had to be tackled by bailiffs in the MI court. Morgan read her statement during Nassar’s Ingham County, Mich., sentencing in January.
More than 30 victims have given statements so far.
It was Stephens’ testimony, more than anyone else’s, that convinced Lorencen she should speak publicly at his sentencing.
Last week, a MI judge sentenced Nassar to up to 175 years in prison after he sexually assaulted more than 140 young women, including many Olympic gymnasts.

Sheriffs officers were able to restrain Margraves before he could reach Nassar. “We’re not going to hide it”. He asked for a minute, and she said she couldn’t allow that.

Labrie said the three friends had never discussed their shared stories of abuse when they were teens, though she said they implied they found Nassar uncomfortable.
“The whole thing makes me feel dirty”, Taylor Helber, who saw Nassar for spine injury treatments, said.

After his request was denied by the Judge, Margraves lunged forward toward the table Nassar was sat behind. “I’m here to help them heal”. This man’s reaction, though harsh was one that I feel many of would have had in the exact same situation, if that was our children, or our sisters, or mothers, or brothers, or fathers, or whoever.
