District Attorney Comes to Decision in Caitlyn Jenner’s Fatal vehicle Crash Case
TMZ reports that after the February crash that resulted in the death of a mother, and the hospitalisation of five others, Caitlyn Jenner is likely to escape vehicular manslaughter charges.

According to TMZ though, sources say that the people assigned to review Jenner’s case have determined that she displayed negligence, but her actions weren’t criminal.
The final outcome will rely on the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept., who have allegedly reached the same decision and will not prosecute.
In the accident, Jenner’s Cadillac Escalade rear-ended Kimberly Howe’s auto, pushing it into oncoming traffic, where it was struck head-on by a Hummer.
So far, no one has any charged laid, however if one is filed against Jenner, the charge would most likely be misdemeanour-level manslaughter, the detective said, reports Advocate.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department had been investigating Jenner in connection with the deadly multi-car crash that took place in Malibu, California eight months ago. It means that district attorney Jackie Lacey can still press formal charges down the line, though that has been deemed unlikely.
In an interview with Today co-host Matt Lauer, Jenner recalled the tragedy: “I remember it happening”.
It has previously been stated that the TV star was not using her phone during the crash, and Caitlyn herself has said she was not speeding.
She then got serious however, saying; ‘That is the worst case scenario. That’s about it. The media wants [my mug shot picture], don’t they? I don’t know. We’ll see. The driver of the Lexus, 69-year-old Kim Howe, died at the scene. It is an enormous problem that they would put trans-women in Men’s County Jail’.
