‘Divorce’: Watch the First Teaser for Sarah Jessica Parker’s New HBO Comedy
Sarah Jessica Parker + HBO – it’s like a TV seal of approval (well, at least according to conversations I’ve overheard at sushi restaurants). The 30-minute comedy will serve as the actress’ first leading role in a show since “Sex and the City”, also in HBO, wrapped up in 2004. “A long time coming”.

The comedy series will chronicle one NY couple (played by Parker and Thomas Haden Church) and their long, drawn-out divorce.
At least until, during a brief, peaceful moment between the two, Frances suggests their separation “could be the greatest thing that has happened to us”. “Are you drunk?” he replies.
Parker was clearly excited for fans to see the first trailer, which she shared on her Instagram account as soon as it aired.
“Divorce” was created by Sharon Horgan, who is also the lead star and co-creator of the United Kingdom series “Catastrophe” alongside comedian Rob Delaney, Rolling Stone reported.
The show is set to premiere later this year. The official Facebook page (fb.com/DivorceOnHBO) for DIVORCE also launched today-follow along for news and updates about the show.
