DNC: President Obama, Tim Kaine say Hillary Clinton has real plans
“He’s taken the Republican Party a long way, from Morning in America to Midnight in America”, she said with a nod to the Reagan campaign slogan of 1984 as chants of “Hillary, Hillary” broke out repeatedly throughout her primetime speech. On Thursday night, in front of a national television audience, Clinton will get her chance to respond to the charges Trump and other Republicans leveled at her in Cleveland last week.

“We’ll build a path to citizenship for millions of immigrants who are already contributing to our economy”, she said.
“We will prevail”, she said.
Hours after Democrats put the first woman in history at the top of a major political party’s ticket, Donald Trump was in a news conference, publicly inviting a foreign adversary to conduct cyberespionage into Hillary Clinton’s email. Her speech offered an olive branch to those unsure about her possible presidency, pointing out that she alone cannot fix our problems – as Trump asserted he could. The sprawl is partly a result of the expanding reach of Clinton’s campaign.
She said people wanted “steady leadership”, vowing to stand by North Atlantic Treaty Organisation allies against any Russian threats.
Trump also said divisions still linger within the Democratic Party even after a convention that saw Clinton and her primary contender Sen.
Clinton acknowledged that reluctance in her address.
President Barack Obama has joined in the mudslinging, as well, on Wednesday rejecting Trump’s motto “Make America Great Again”.
“Bernie Sanders and I will work together to make college tuition-free for the middle class and debt-free for all”, Clinton said.
Sanders’ supporters threatened a mass protest during Clinton’s remarks and while there were isolated protests and boos, much of the crowd was enthralled by her speech.
Bernie Sanders shepherding the Democrats in his democratic socialist movement back to the fold, the socialists still unhappy to learn this really was the Democratic National Convention.
In addition to the statement, Trump tweeted several additional criticisms of Clinton. She talked about her drive to change the circumstances for people in this country, whether it is a family that is seeking a better life for their children, or a child with a disability hoping to receive the same education as other children. “And I promise you, our strength, our greatness, does not depend on Donald Trump”, he said.
