‘Doctor Strange’ Costume Described And Tone Of The Film Teased

In many ways, this exciting new MARVEL adventure will be a huge game changer, as the film will open up the Cinematic Universe’s horizon to different dimensions, outer space, and the realm of magic.

Davis described it as MARVEL’s “Fantasia” as the look of the film will be “out there”, as they will have to present audiences with different realms and realities.

As reported by ScreenDaily, Davis described what fans can expect from Doctor unusual when speaking at a BAFTA Masterclass in London. “But I think it’ll be really interesting, and it’s a very dark movie, I’m pleased to say”.

The cinematographer for “Doctor odd”, Ben Davis might be keeping the plot details and characters of the movie held under close wraps, but he is not shy teasing about the movie’s feel and theme.

Benedict Cumberbatch performs the title position and Tilda Swinton shall be seen within the pivotal position of the Historic One. I can’t actually say rather more about it, I’m afraid. But, and if you are familiar with some of Escher’s work, I’m sure it will look very cool. Reportedly, “imagery” has been created for the film, which is now in the pre-production stage.

So far we don’t know much about the film other than who’s in the cast and who’s directing it. However, during a presentation in Africa last week, Disney’s African division showed off some concept art from Doctor odd and reactions have started to trickle in (via CBM). There have been rumors that the film may not even be an origins story, which may explain the Captain America: The Winter Soldier Easter Egg. Oh, and Benedict Cumberbatch looks very fetching in his Doctor odd get-up. His nemesis will be Baron Mordo, played by “12 Years a Slave” actor Chiwetel Ejiofor. The film is scheduled to begin shooting in November 2015 at Pinewood-Shepperton studios in the UK, and will be released in theaters on November 4, 2016.
