Doctors removed the part of baby skeleton from the mother after 38 years

Doctors of India removed the part of an unborn baby’s skeleton from the mother after 38 year and she is believed to be fine after the operation.

According to the report, the woman, Jyoti Kumar, 62, was pregnant in the year 1978 but she fled out of fear of surgery after doctors told her that there was a little chance of baby’s surviving.

But, she was admitted few days ago in the NKP Salve Institute of Medical Sciences in Nagpur, India, after experiencing some severe stomach pain.

After checkup, doctors found something like bone inside her womb.

She then underwent an MRI, which later explained that it was the part of skeleton of her unborn baby.

After removing the skeleton from her body, stunned doctors poured through medical literature to look for similar cases but found that Jyoti had experienced the longest ectopic pregnancy.
