Joc Pederson homered and helped key a 17-hit attack as the Dodgers rallied past the Pirates 8-4 before an announced crowd of 40,563 at Dodger Stadium.
Pirates: Sidelined since July 2, C Chris Stewart (knee) began a rehab assignment Friday night at Double-A Altoona, catching seven innings. Cervelli returned to the lineup after missing two games with left wrist discomfort. Los Angeles 3B Justin Turner missed his second consecutive game with a bruised hand, but Roberts does not feel he is a candidate for the disabled list. Jesse Chavez came in for one inning and actually got the Pirates to go down 1-2-3.
Kuhl made his big league debut and captured a 4-3 decision over Kershaw and the Dodgers at PNC Park on June 26.

Anderson will make his 2016 debut this afternoon after missing the first four and a half months of the season recovering from arthroscopic back surgery to fix a bulging disc on March 3.
