Does David Bowie’s Son Have a Problem with Lady Gaga’s Tribute Performance?
The reaction from Bowie’s son was quite tempered, but that of his fans on the Internet was very harsh.

Lady Gaga’s tribute to David Bowie at the 2016 Grammy’s promised that “everything will change”, but for many Bowie fans, the only thing that changed was their blood pressure. “Damn it! What IS that word!?”, Jones tweeted.
The 29-year-old United States singer opened her performance dressed as Ziggy Stardust, complete with newly-dyed red hair, singing Space Oddity.
While the tweet doesn’t slam Lady Gaga directly, some fans are taking it as a sign that perhaps Jones thought the performance was a little over the top.
Moments after Gaga performed the medley of Bowie’s biggest hits, Jones – whose mom is Bowie’s ex-wife Angie Bowie – blasted out a questionable tweet that quickly went viral.
For a rousing rendition of “Let’s Dance”, Gaga wrapped her arm around a guitar-playing Nile Rodgers, who co-produced Bowie’s hit album of the same name.
Chip-maker Intel said it developed effects for the performance at the Grammys, which will be broadcast live from Los Angeles.
Bowie passed away from cancer last month (January 10), two days after his 69th birthday and the release of final album “Blackstar”.
The musician and producer, who worked with the Heroes rocker on a number of musical projects, was tapped up by Gaga as musical director of her extended homage to the rock legend at Monday’s awards bash. “GG (Gaga) is talented but that “tribute” missed the spirit of Bowie entirely”, as another commented, “I’m just gonna say it was terrible & leave it at that”. I worshipped him. I read the materials of his life.
According to news from Out, Lady Gaga got her David Bowie tattoo right before her Grammy performance, fresh off her Golden Globe win.
